Quick Answers

Answers for the 2026–27 training season. Team-specific rules and locations are marked pending where confirmation is needed.

Where do I RSVP and check changes?

Respond in your Spond invite when attendance is requested. Check the latest invite and team messages before leaving. Portal attendance updates should not be assumed to update Spond. If details disagree, ask the team manager.

Where is training?

Tuesday venue information is still to be confirmed. Wednesday sessions name St Cornelius Gym, but a verified street address has not been supplied. Confirm the address, entrance, parking and indoor footwear in your invite. The club office is not the training venue.

How does U9 soccer work?

The team emphasizes development, confidence, teamwork and enjoyment. Match format, substitutions, goalkeeper rotation and the playing-time approach depend on the team’s confirmed program. Ask the coach for the rules that apply to this team; these details will be added once confirmed.

What if my player misses practice?

Reply to the Spond invite when attendance is requested and let the team know early. Use available portal attendance tools as directed by the manager; a portal update should not be assumed to update Spond.

What if we're late to a game?

Contact the team manager or coach through the team communication channel. When you arrive, follow the coach's direction for joining warm-up or play.

Can my player play other sports?

The team supports clear communication around schedule conflicts. Share known conflicts early so coaches can plan.

What's the refund policy?

The official club refund policy is linked under Parents → Official club resources. Policies differ by program; contact the club about competitive refunds and confirm which policy applies to your registration.

How is playing time decided?

The U9 program is development-focused. The final team playing-time approach will follow the coach and club policy once confirmed.

What if there's a conflict with a coach or parent?

Start with respectful direct communication or contact the team manager. If the issue cannot be resolved at team level, use the club's formal escalation process.

Are there tryouts?

The 2026 placement and registration process will be published once the club's confirmed U9 process is available.

What if my player needs a break?

Tell the coach. Player well-being comes before the result of a single practice or game.

Helpful information

Finding the right next step

Questions often connect more than one part of the website: a missing child affects attendance, a changed event affects packing and a private gallery depends on permissions. Use this guide to follow the right next step without creating duplicate records or sharing account details. The linked pages provide more focused information for each task.

01

Using a parent account correctly

The parent portal is for information connected to your household and the team activities your account is allowed to access. Sign in with your own account and check that the linked player is correct before completing attendance, forms or other child-specific tasks. A missing child link is a relationship issue, not a reason to create another roster entry. Use the available linking request or contact the manager with the minimum information needed to identify the player and resolve the account relationship.

Keep your password private and do not share a manager account to gain access to a parent feature. Different roles have different responsibilities, and management tools require additional protection. If sign-in fails, use the site's recovery flow and check the link's destination before entering a new password. A reset link can expire or be replaced by a newer request. Never send a password, verification code or recovery link in a support message. Once you finish on a shared device, sign out and check that another person cannot continue using your private team session.

02

Getting useful help without sharing secrets

When something does not work, describe what you were trying to do and what happened instead. Include the page name, whether you were signed in and the exact error message if one appears. Say whether the problem occurs on a phone or computer and whether it can be repeated. That information is usually more useful than a general message saying the portal is broken. For a child-link problem, explain whether the child is absent entirely or visible but unavailable for the action.

Before sending a screenshot, remove passwords, recovery links, financial information and details belonging to another family. Crop to the relevant error while keeping enough context to identify the screen. Do not post private support material to a public gallery or social media account. A website inquiry is not an emergency channel, and this page does not promise a fixed response time. If the question concerns a session starting soon, use the team communication route identified for that event. Keep follow-up messages together where possible so the person helping can see what has already been tried.
